Hi Frances. Via roundabout channels, CIR received the complete file. The Berkeley Police did a thorough investigation when Betty was missing but only a perfunctory probe once her body was found. They reopened the case about 20 years ago briefly.

Wow. I presume you looked at the file. You should turn your post into an oped for Berkeleyside and call for the police to take it up again.
