Anyone who doesn't understand what you're saying by now is just not paying attention or just doesn't care. After eight years of dealing with Trump and his authoritarian dreams, and years before that of proto-Trump Tea Party nonsense, and decades before that of sliding in this direction, and decades of the Democratic Party failing to raise these issues in an urgent, timely, compelling way, we are where we are, a truly terrible spot, and likely a horrible turning point in history. I'm doing what I can to stand in the way of the evil tide coming our way; I hope all of your readers are doing the same.
